The length of time it takes before a game is added to EA Play (and therefore Game Pass Ultimate) really does depend on things like the size of the game, its popularity, and any deal worked out between EA and Microsoft.

Game Pass Ultimate subscribers also have access to EA Play, a service that includes almost all of EA’s published games, within the subscription price of Ultimate.
